Elisa, born in 1994, is originally from Corvara (BZ), a splendid town in Val Passiria. As a child, she knew that her future would be in the restaurant business. Trained at the prestigious Savoy and Kaiserhof hotel institutes in Merano, our Head of Service has continued to increase her knowledge by obtaining wine and cheese sommelier diplomas. In addition, she is also a certified specialist of Italian Espresso coffee.
