Head of Service & Sommelier

Hailing from Corvara in Val Passiria, Elisa, with her determined character, knew that her future would be in high-level catering, even when she was still a child. After graduating from the renowned "Kaiserhof" hotel institute in Merano, she continued to boost her knowledge in the field of food and wine. Having achieved the prestigious diplomas of wine and cheese sommelier at the tender age of 22, she is also a certified Italian espresso specialist.

After several professional experiences in Italy and abroad, Elisa finally arrives at Villa Eden, where she holds the role of Head of Service & Sommelier, elevating our restaurant not only with her excellent competence, but above all with her friendly, helpful and reliable way of doing things. Her keen sensitivity to the needs and desires of guests and the ability to motivate her team are her key assets and the basis of her deep team spirit.

Moved by a great passion for wine and a relentless thirst for knowledge, Elisa is continually engaged in further training to broaden her horizons. The latest and most prestigious title she achieved is that of "Master of Wine", as the youngest professional in Italy. This diploma is considered one of the most important in the world for wine and spirits, covering every facet of the sector.
